まずは現状の説明
まずは購入ショップにコンタクト。

そしたら２時間もしないうちに返事が。

（えらいすんまへん、問屋がミスりよりましたかもしれまへん。返金申請してもらえまへんやろか。ホンマにすんまへん。）
なんか問屋のせいにしている気もするが返金って、一番安くしてくれるところにしたんだからね。
そこからこんなやり取り。

翌日12/22に返事が来た。
Okay dear, I will send it to you after the warehouse is finished. Please wait patiently.（問屋が持って来よりましたら、送らせてもらいますわ）
その後12/28にこんな連絡が。
Dear, this is the logistics tracking number for the replacement carpet.:SYAE00******
（交換品の追跡番号でっせ）
そうか、ちゃんと再送してくれたようだ。
なかなかちゃんとしてる店のようだ。
あとは商品を待つのみ・・・
さてモノはちゃんと届くのか。
