昨年末に再送したと連絡が来た商品が今日届いた！
その中を見てびっくり！！！！
またも事件発生！
前回 12/28に再送したとの連絡があり、年末年始を挟んで
本日（2022/1/11）、商品が届きました！
開封してびっくり！
なんやこれ・・・・・・(;´Д｀)
うちの船は「BOAT NAME」って名前じゃねぇ！！！
いやはや、参りました。
つたない英語で即クレームです。
The item arrived today.
But that is a very disappointing result.
Because my boat name is not printed!This product should be printed with the specified name.
My boat name is specified in the purchase order.Please reship the correct item.
And how should I do with this delivered product?（今日届いてんけど、これあきまへんわ。
船の名前書いたあらへん。この商品は名前入れてナンボでっせ。
注文の時にも艇名書きましたやろ。
ちゃんとしたもん、もっぺん送ってんか？
それと届いたもんどないしまひょ。）
既読ついたのに返事が一向に来ないので、さらに・・・
Even if the delivery date is long, If you resend the correct item, I can give you the highest rating,
As sincere and best support.
But if that can't be dealt with, so sadly I have to give you the lowest rating.[Cry]
I want you to understand this.（納期長ごうなっても、まっとうなもん送ってくれたら最高評価しまっせ。
ちゃんとサポートしてくれよりましたってな。
せやけど、でけへんちゅうんやったら最低評価になるでぇ。分かりますやろ？）
そしたら暫くしてこんな返事よこしてきた。

This product is pictured on the side
（注文された通り送りましたで。ここにある写真のとおりでんがな）
たまちゃんブチ切れました。
2021.may, I had ordered other size.
and 2021.dec, I orderd Two size&picture mat, to you and other shop.There is same explanation on each site.
and my boat name is specified in the all purchase order.but...only your shop had send the item pictured on web site.
No one wants a mat that printed ”BOAT NAME"!

ほんで12月にサイズと柄の違うもんをオタクと他の店に頼みましたんやわ。
どのサイトも同じ説明でっせ。ほんで全部注文時に艇名書いてまんねん。
せやのにあんたんとこだけでっせ「サイトに載ってる写真と同じもんや」言うてるの。
誰が「BORT NAME」って書いたマット欲しがるっちゅうねん！）
営業時間過ぎてるせいか返事は明日以降と思われますけど、
どう返してくるか楽しみです。
